Warranty

Kamasan products are guaranteed for 1 (one) year against manufacturing defects. For detailed information on warranty, please contact our sales office.

Important Notice

In order for us to fully provide the "1-year manufacturer warranty" we commit to our customers, the accessories used with our products must also be of Kamasan design and manufacture (e.g. wheel blocks, heels, feet and covers). Please verify the originality of accessories from the dealers and sellers from whom you purchase Kamasan products. To verify the authenticity of your product, you can send us an email at kamasan@kamasan.com.

Technical Notes

• Kamasan reserves the right to change weight and shape specifications in its models.
• Dimensions are given in millimeters in "width x length x height" format.
• Dimensional tolerances may vary between ± 2-7 mm depending on product size and shape.
• Weight tolerances may vary by ± 2%.
• According to information provided by our raw material suppliers, our products are suitable for use and storage between -15 and +70 degrees Celsius.
• For special manufacturing outside these temperature ranges, please contact our sales office.
• Possible accessories shown in images are not included in product prices.
• For information regarding product colors and stock quantities, please contact our sales office.
• Colors in images may differ from actual colors.
• Dynamic capacity indicates the maximum weight that a single pallet can carry while in motion on a pallet jack or forklift.
• Static capacity indicates the capacity of the bottom pallet when loaded pallets are stacked on top of each other.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. You may unconditionally exchange or return products purchased from our company within 15 days, provided they are unused, undamaged, and/or unsoiled.
2. For the necessary inspections regarding the products you wish to return or exchange, please first contact our sales office.
3. Returns and exchanges must be processed with an invoice issued by you, as this is a legal requirement. Our company is an e-invoice taxpayer.
4. The product codes on your return invoices must match those on the Kamasan invoice. Please do not forget to include the Kamasan invoice number and date in the description section.
5. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges of products with custom colors, embossed logos, screen printing, hot stamping, or pad printing are not possible.
6. Regardless of sales conditions, shipping and cargo fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
